With over 45 years of experience, our Quality Control Team vets every product to get an understanding of how it works with their own pets.

Furthermore, our Quality Control team is on standby at our Distribution Center to inspect products as needed.

Our staff receives intensive product training at Pet Food Express’s New Hire University, but the learning doesn’t stop there. They continue to train 30 minutes per week to get a better understanding of how product work and who they’re best for, giving you personalized recommendations for your pets.
