About The Manufacturer
In the early 2000's, Stella & Chewy’s founder, Marie found out her rescue dog Chewy was sick with distemper and began to prepare and feed him a raw diet. When Chewy’s health quickly and dramatically improved, Marie decided to bring raw food to the masses. Feeding Instructions
PUPPIES:
Serve as a complete and balanced meal or as a topper for dogs up to 12 months old. When fed as a complete and balanced meal, feed ½-¾ can for every 2-4 lbs. of body weight per day for puppies under 4 months old. For puppies over 4 months old and up to 12 months old, feed ½-⅔ can for every 5-10 lbs. of body weight per day. Adjust amount to meet your dog’s individual needs. Always provide access to fresh water.
Food Storage: Refrigerate after use.
Transition Instructions:
It takes time to transition your pet to a new food without having digestive upset. Over the course of one to two weeks, you should gradually switch from the old food to the new. Start with a 75% old to 25% new mix, then 50:50, and finally 25:75, until you have switched to your pet's new food entirely.
