Details
Stella & Chewy’s Cage-free Chicken Recipe Raw-Coated Kibble is a grain-free baked kibble that can be fed to small- and medium-breed puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. This kibble is a low glycemic food, making it an appropriate choice for diabetic dogs and dogs who are at risk for diabetes such as overweight, senior, or less-active dogs. This single-protein kibble includes USA sourced chicken and is coated with freeze-dried raw chicken. This diet incorporates a variety of fruits, vegetables, and organ meats that contribute to the vitamin and mineral content of the food, meaning fewer vitamins and minerals need to be added to make the diet complete and balanced.
About The Manufacturer
In the early 2000's, Stella & Chewy’s founder, Marie found out her rescue dog Chewy was sick with distemper and began to prepare and feed him a raw diet. When Chewy’s health quickly and dramatically improved, Marie decided to bring raw food to the masses. Starting from a tiny kitchen in a Manhattan apartment and making deliveries by taxi, Stella and Chewy’s is now based out of Wisconsin, but is still committed to making the highest quality and safest food for your pets.
