Garrett R.
Prior to joining the PFE team Garrett worked at a veterinary hospital and as a retail manager. He has been involved in the customer service industry for over a decade and has experience with dogs, cats, and various small animals/exotics, reptiles and fish.
What are your favorite customer questions?
Animal nutrition and care is my passion with an emphasis on hydration and adding supplements to fit your furry friend’s individual needs! My goal is to provide our pet parents with fast, effective, science-based information to improve their knowledge and the overall health of their pet.
Lindsey B.
Lindsey B. joined the pack in 2016 as a part time sales associate while in college studying communications and anthropology. She fell in love with helping her community of pets and pet parents and has been with us ever since! She has two cats Sigma and Binx who equally love being PFE test subjects for new toys, food, and more!
What are your favorite customer questions?
It’s cliché to say I love it all but really I do! Topics I get really passionate about are grooming and behavior. Grooming can be so much more than a brush and a shampoo. Finding the right products for your pets to really make their coats shine and their teeth sparkle can make a world of difference for us and them. Behavior is another interesting topic because while there may be certain “rules” for expected animal behaviors it’s fun to deep dive into why your pet is doing what they’re doing and how you can make a difference by testing everything from training to nutrition.

What are your favorite customer questions?
I love challenging questions from pet parents, but I’d say that my favorite topic is nutrition! There are so many food options and every pet is unique, so finding the right match can sometimes drastically change the health and quality of life of furry family members.
